All of the baked goods and merchandise are available at both the Toronto cafe and the Brampton bakery. The sandwiches, lunch items and specialty drinks are only available at the Toronto cafe.

Do you sell wheat free kaisers for hamburg? Also looking for Corn Free Kaisers (can contain wheat).
One of our most popular products are our multigrain buns, which are perfect for Hamburgers. They are corn-free. We also have a variety of gluten-free bagels that you can also use for Hamburgers. We are completely wheat-free and do not sell any products with wheat so, your best bet is to go for the buns or bagels.

I’m looking to buy gluten-free bread or any bread that’s compatible with colitis sufferers from the Brampton location. Do I need to order in advance (if so, how long before)? Do you have a menu?

My best advice is for you to call the baker in Brampton directly to speak to them about what you can have. Although the Brampton bakery is a wholesaler, they open their doors to the public. Most of the products are usually spoken for so, I would advise that you order ahead of time to make sure that you don’t waste a trip and leave empty-handed.

Do you know how much longer you will be working on the menu for the website? I’ve been into the Melanie Drive location a few times to pick up whatever’s on-hand but I’d love to be able to order stuff of my choosing.
We have updated the menu to include all the baked goods (give or take specials that come and go). The only things that are missing, are the ingredients and the nutritionals, which may take some time to upload. If you are still having trouble viewing them, it may help to clear your browser’s cache and then reload the webpage. We’ve also updated this main page to help you navigate the product menu’s categories without having to scroll to the bottom for the menu. Hope this helps.
