How to Order
Because we do not use any additives or preservatives in our products, our non-refrigerated baked goods have a shorter shelf-life compared to its conventional counterparts. Although our cafe is freshly stocked on a daily basis, we carry a limited amount of each product.
We strongly encourage customers to place orders days before they plan on visiting if they are looking to purchase more than one item.
Ordering is easy! You can email us using using our contact form, call us at 905-459-2333 or 416-489-7777 or visit us in person.
Please make sure you mention which location you would like to pick your order up from.
Ordering Policy
Orders must be paid in advance, although some exceptions do apply.
Special orders must be made at least three business days before the day of pick up.
Both our staff ‘s working hours and the baking schedule are created days in advance and we usually are not able to squeeze in any last minute changes. If we have to set aside products from our existing stock, we will not have any products left for walk-in customers. We promise you that your products are fresh, even if you ordered months in advance.
We must have a valid Visa or Mastercard on file for unpaid orders.
We ask customers for a valid credit card number as a security measure. To ensure the card is valid, we run a $1 transaction, which is credited towards the order. The balance is due upon pick up and can be paid by any method: Cash, debit or credit. In the event that an order is not picked up, we will charge the account, plus a 3 per cent card-absent fee.
To avoid using a credit card, we encourage customers to order in person and pay in advance.
There is a 3 per cent surcharge on all card-absent transactions.
Transactions where a card is not present (i.e. orders paid for over the phone) will cost an additional 3 per cent (about $0.30 for every $10).
Rain Checks
Customers may ask to have some products set aside for them, but the standard ordering policy will still apply (a valid credit card number and deposit will be required).
We may request to delay a large order to another day, to ensure we have enough stock in our stores for the entire business day. If you require a large amount of products, please order in advance.

Hi there, we are an online grocery retailer specializing in organic and natural products. Being a gluten-free individual myself, I came across your products. I am wondering if you have any products that would have a longer shelf life – I know things are baked fresh with no preservatives so I would be interested to see if any of your products would work for our site. We are a local start-up company based out of dt Toronto. I just love your choc chip and almond shortbread cookies! Seeing as how we are striclty using non-perishable goods I am not sure if a partnership could work at this time but please let me know! Thanks so much! Shannon

You can reach them at info “at” organicoven.com (replace “at” with @ — this has been done to avoid spam) or call them at 905-459-2333. Calling would probably be best. It will get you a response much faster. The Brampton bakery handles all resale accounts.

Hi there! For special orders such as the one you are describing, I highly recommend calling the baker at our Brampton location (905-459-2333). They will be able to assist you and let you know what they can or can’t do. If you don’t have a chance to call them, please email us with your phone number and we will have the baker call you. Unfortunately, we only deliver to wholesale customers, however, you can talk to the baker about making other arrangements. We have a cafe in the Yonge-Lawrence area right above the Lawrence subway exit so, I’m not sure if that’s a viable option for you.
